I love salads! And with a homemade, tangy dressing,
they are even more delicious and healthy!
Fresh Salad
Add chopped tomatoes
Handful of shredded Mozzarella cheese
Top with some Multi-grain crackers, (or Croutons)
and Olive oil vinegar dressing! *happy sigh*
Tangy Homemade Dressing
2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon basil, (dried or fresh)
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
Dash of salt and pepper
Enjoy!

The recipe looks absolutely delicious. My husband and I are huge salad fans (he is a genius in preparing them) so we might try this one someday!
